2013 Malaga Marathon: Sunday 7th December
Well done to the 3 amigos who completed this year’s Malaga Marathon, especially Emma Wright who was tackling her first ever marathon. And she finished 11th Senior Woman to boot

2013 Newcastle Half Marathon: Sunday 7th December
8 laps around Gosforth park (as used in the Norman Woodcock 5M) doesn’t sound appealing at the best of times, but with a strong westerly wind blowing across the course, conditions were made even tougher for the competitors. So fair play to Dave Moir, Sophie Marr and Izzy Knox – competing in the 50k race – for putting in some fine performances.

Thanks Al! Not sure about run of the year mind! Think I might be better in the fells than on the road though.
