Tuesday 17th
Group 1: 10 x 800m (descending recoveries)
Group 2: 10 x 800m (descending recoveries)
Group 3: 9 x 800m (descending recoveries)
Group 4: 8 x 800m (descending recoveries)
Group 5: Hills
Wednesday 18th
Beginner’s Session: 6.30pm at East End Pool.
This session is aimed at beginners only and may not be suitable for experienced runners.
Thursday 19th
Group 1: 3 x 1200m, 3 x 800m, 3 x 1600m
Group 2: 3 x 4 mins, 3 x 3 mins, 3 x 6 mins
Group 3: 3 x 4 mins, 3 x 3 mins, 3 x 5 mins
Group 4: 2 x 4 mins, 2 x 3 mins, 2 x 2 mins, 2 x 1 min
Group 5: Hills
Note: Sessions may change on discretion of coaches.
New runners are always welcome along on a club night to try out the training sessions.
There’ll be no pressure to join, no expectation to run beyond your means and you won’t be left behind to run on your own.
