This week’s training sessions are;

 

Tuesday 25th

Gp 1. 10 x 800m

Gp 2. 8 x 3 minutes

Gp 3. 7 x 3 minutes

Gp 4. 6 x 3 minutes

Gp 5. 2 x 4 minutes, 2 x 3 minutes, 3 x 1 minute

 

Wednesday 26th

Beginner’s Session, 6:30pm at East End Pool.

Note, this session is for aimed for beginners and may not be suitable for experienced runners.

 

Thursday 27th

Gp 1. 40 minutes Progressive run

Gp 2. 35 minutes Progressive run

Gp 3. 30 minutes Progressive run

Gp 4. 25 minutes Progressive run

Gp 5. Progressive run

 

Note: Sessions may change on discretion of coaches.

 

New runners are always welcome along on a club night to try out the training sessions.

There’ll be no pressure to join, no expectation to run beyond your means and you won’t be left behind to run on your own.
