BMAF Cross Country Championships 2014:

Many congratulations to Steve Cairns, Kenny Mac and Paul Hilton, who won Silver at today’s Master’s Cross Country Championships

Competing in the VM45-54 age category, the trio were just a few seconds behind the category winners (Salford Harriers) and finished 3rd overall. A fantastic performance.
Also representing the club – and deserving our full respect were – Lindsay Walsh, Sinead Coffey, Andy Harrison, Dave Rowe and Micky Baker (Andy, Dave and Micky finished in 11th place overall). Well done everyone 
Big congratulations to North Shields Poly, who won Gold in the VW35-44 age group and Silver in the VW44-54 race, to Morpeth, 3rd in the VM35-44 race, and to Jarrow & Hebburn, finishing 3rd in both VW35-44 and VM44-54 age groups.

What a day for TBH, with the young uns at Manchester and the old folks in Glasgow. Another national medal for the V45’s , congratulations to Steve, Kenny and Captain Hilton.
