This week’s training sessions are;

 

Tuesday 18th

Gp 1. 1 x 4 minutes, 2 x 3 minutes, 3 x 2 minutes, 4 x 1 minutes

Gp 2. 1 x 4 minutes, 2 x 3 minutes, 3 x 2 minutes, 4 x 1 minutes

Gp 3. 1 x 4 minutes, 2 x 3 minutes, 3 x 2 minutes, 4 x 1 minutes

Gp 4. 1 x 4 minutes, 2 x 3 minutes, 3 x 2 minutes, 4 x 1 minutes

Gp 5. Pyramid 1-3-5-3-1 minutes

 

 

Wednesday 19th

Beginner’s session, 6:30pm at East End Pool.

This session is aimed at beginners and may not be suitable for experienced runners.

 

 

Thursday 20th

Gp 1. 10 x 1K

Gp 2. 10 x 3 minutes

Gp 3. 9 x 3 minutes

Gp 4. 8 x 3 minutes

Gp 5. 2 Sets (6 x 1 minute)

 

Note: Sessions may change on discretion of coaches.

 

New runners are always welcome along on a club night to try out the training sessions.

There’ll be no pressure to join, no expectation to run beyond your means and you won’t be left behind to run on your own.
