This week’s training sessions are;

 

Tuesday 8th

Group 1: 5 x 800m + 5 hills

Group 2: 5 x 800m + 5 hills

Group 3: 5 x 3 minutes + 5 hills

Group 4: 5 x 3 minutes + 5 hills

Group 5: 25 minutes Tempo Surge

 

Wednesday 9th

Beginners session. 6:30pm at East End Pool.

Note, this session may not be suitable for experienced runners.

 

Thursday 10th

Group 1: 4 x 1600m, 4 x 800m, 1 x 1600m

Group 2: 2 x 1600m, 4 x 800m, 1 x 1600m

Group 3: 2 x 1600m, 3 x 800m, 1 x 1600m

Group 4: 2 x 1600m, 2 x 800m, 1 x 1600m

Group 5: Hills fartlek

 

All sessions include warm-up and cool-down runs.

 

New runners are always welcome along on a club night to try out the training sessions.

There’ll be no pressure to join, no expectation to run beyond your means and you won’t be left behind to run on your own.
