This week’s training sessions are;
Tuesday, 15th
Group 1: 30 minute Tempo Run
Group 2: 30 minute Tempo Run
Group 3: 30 minute Tempo Run
Group 4: 30 minute Tempo Run
Group 5: 1-2-3-2-1-2-3-2-1 Pyramid
Wednesday, 16th
Adults Beginners session, 6:30pm at East End Pool.
This session may not be suitable for experienced runners.
Thursday, 17th
Groups 1-4: Plyometrics and strides (steady run for athletes not competing in Good Friday relays)
Group 5: 4 x 4 minutes
All sessions include warm-up and cool-down runs.
New runners are always welcome along on a club night to try out the training sessions.
There’ll be no pressure to join, no expectation to run beyond your means and you won’t be left behind to run on your own.
