This week’s training sessions are;

 

Tuesday 20th
Group 1: 10 x 2 minutes, 5 x 1 minute
Group 2: 10 x 2 minutes, 5 x 1 minute
Group 3: 10 x 2 minutes, 5 x 1 minute
Group 4: 10 x 2 minutes, 5 x 1 minute
Group 5: 1 x 4 minutes, 2 x 3 minutes, 2 x 2 minutes, 3 x 1 minute
Wednesday 21st
TBH Junior’s, 6:00pm at Walker Dome Activity Centre (NE6 3BR).

Beginner’s session, 6:30pm at East End Pool. This session is aimed for people new to running and may not be suitable for experienced runners.

Also evening of Tyne Bridge Harriers Club Championships at North Shields Poly‘s Clive Cookson 10k race. Always a great event so if you’re not taking part why not go along and offer your support.
Thursday 22nd
Group 1: 10 x 1 minute, 10 x 30 seconds
Group 2: 10 x 1 minute, 10 x 30 seconds
Group 3: 10 x 1 minute, 10 x 30 seconds
Group 4: 10 x 1 minute, 10 x 30 seconds
Group 5: 25 minutes Fartlek

New runners are always welcome along on a club night to try out the training sessions.

There’ll be no pressure to join, no expectation to run beyond your means and you won’t be left behind to run on your own.
