Group 1: 5 x 3 minutes, 5 x 2 minutes, 5 x 1 minute
Group 2: 4 x 3 minutes, 5 x 2 minutes, 5 x 1 minute
Group 3: 4 x 3 minutes, 4 x 2 minutes, 5 x 1 minute
Group 4: 4 x 3 minutes, 4 x 2 minutes, 4 x 1 minute
Group 5: Plyometrics
Wednesday 25th
Technique & Strength Session, 6:45am at City Stadium (Warwick Street, Sandyford).
TBH Juniors, 6:00pm at Weetslade Country Park (Wideopen NE23 7LZ).
Beginners Session, 6:30pm at East End Pool.
Thursday 26th
Group 1. 10 x Hills, 5 x 300m
Group 2. 10 x Hills, 5 x 1 minute
Group 3. 9 x Hills, 5 x 1 minute
Group 4. 8 x Hills, 5 x 1 minute
Group 5. 10 x Hills

New runners are always welcome along on a club night to try out the training sessions.
There’ll be no pressure to join, no expectation to run beyond your means and you won’t be left behind to run on your own.
