The week ahead…

 

Monday 14th July

Strength & Technical Session: 6:00pm at City Stadium, Sandyford.

Session to include running drills, core work and stretches. All members are welcome.

 

 

Tuesday 15th July

Group 1. 20 minutes (30 seconds fast, 30 seconds jog)

Group 2. 20 minutes (25 seconds fast, 35 seconds jog)

Group 3. 20 minutes (25 seconds fast, 35 seconds jog)

Group 4. 20 minutes (20 seconds fast, 40 seconds jog)

Group 5. 20 minutes fartlek

 

 

Wednesday 16th July

Drills & Easy Run: 6:45am at City Stadium, Sandyford.

Session to include running drills and an easy run through Heaton Park. All members are welcome.

 

TBH Juniors: 6:00pm at Walker Technical College (NE6 4LA).

 

Beginners Session: 6:30pm at East End Pool. Aimed specifically towards people new to running or wishing to take up the activity. No-one will be pushed beyond their means or left behind during the session.

 

 

Thursday 17th July

Group 1. 5 x 1K

Group 2. 5 x 4 minutes

Group 3. 5 x 4 minutes

Group 4. 5 x 4 minutes

Group 5. 2 Sets (1 x 4 minutes, 5 x 1 minute)

 

 

Saturday 19th July

Following Newcastle parkrun (where Tyne Bridge will be supplying the volunteers/pacers) there will be a club training session on the Town Moor, probably including hills. All members are welcome.

 

 

Runners are always welcome along on a club night to try out the training sessions.

There’ll be no pressure to join, no expectation to run beyond your means and you won’t be left behind to run on your own.
