Many thanks to the 33 club members who volunteered at Newcastle parkrun and to any other members who volunteered at their local parkrun event. Even though the Newcastle course had to be revised due to the Pride Festival taking place on the Moor (and was slightly longer than 5k) there were still a couple of PB’s by members, so congratulations to Karen Wall and Rachel Adamson A special mention for Laura Dickson who fulfilled her role as Lead Cyclist and then completed the 5k run afterwards.
Finally, congratulations to Sophie Marr who completed the double of being first female finisher at her parkrun event (Ashford) and also recording a parkrun PB.
(nb. all PB’s are event specific)
