I’m delighted to announce Keith Smith as the club’s Member of the Month for August.

Keith performed magnificently throughout the month (including a PB and several outstanding *Age Gradings) and was also a member of the Men’s winning veteran team at Durham Summer Relays.
Morpeth 10K: 34:45
Darlington 10K: 34:15 Age Grading 90.31%
Middlesbrough 10K: 33:51 PB 
Age Grading 91.38%
I have it on good authority that Keith’s Age Gradings are a club record.

Also worth mentioning that Smithy is ranked 2nd in the UK for 10k at V50. Well done to the auld fella
