Woke up, went downstairs and drank tea, lots of tea.
Finished breakfast and went out for a run.
Quickly returned home to put on some clothes. Went outside again for a run.
Got home, logged onto computer and read email messages.
No, I don’t want to bankroll a Nigerian Prince.
No, I don’t want to buy some pills to enhance my sexual performance.
But yes, I do agree Sophie Marr being selected as TBH Member of the Month for November.
Terrific performances at the Derwentwater 10M (1st lady), Brampton to Carlisle 10M (PB) and the English Cross-Country Relays, not to mention collecting a bronze medal at Aykley Heads XC, meant Sophie was the unanimous choice of the committee.
And she writes a pretty mean race report.
Well done Sophie
