Thanks to fine performances by many of the members in Great Run events last year, the club were awarded 10 free places in the 2015 Great North 10K Run and 15 free places in the 2015 Great North Run half-marathon.
The GN10K places will be allocated to the ten Member of the Month winners preceding July’s event and the GNR places will be allocated to 15 members that, in the eyes of the club committee, have selflessly dedicated their time and effort to help the club throughout 2014.
