Congratulations to JAMES DUNCE, Tyne Bridge Harriers’ Member of the Month for November.
In an outstanding month, James was part of the winning team at the Heaton Memorial 10K (finishing 2nd overall), ran 53:31 in the Brampton to Carlisle 10M race and set a 10K club record at the Leeds Abbey Dash with a time of 31:23
Well done James 
Other note-worthy contenders for November Member of the Month were Morag Kerry (now an integral part of the club), Craig MacDougall (ran 5K and 10K PB’s) and Lyndsey Thompson (new PB’s at 5K and 10 Mile).
