Tyne Bridge Harriers had a strong turnout at the Stanhope Trail Race this year with Jarlath McKenna winning the event in a new course record, Cees van der Land coming first in the 10k, John Tollitt first V60 and Georgina Brooke coming 7th. Cees has put pen to paper with the following race report, in Haiku format:
“Rain and wind, uphill,
Rain, wind, uphill,
and donwhill
Rain and trail, downhill”
