This Saturday, sees the 3rd meeting of the North East Harrier League 2011/12 Tyne Bridge Harriers have made a superb impression in the NEHL by winning the previous 2 meetings outright.. not just in our 3rd Division but across all the divisions. Morpeth Harrier Ross Floyd takes the honour of winning the inaugural Bridges Of The Tyne 5 Mile Road Race on Newcastle Quayside in a time of 25:55. on a rainy evening 273 runners turned out to take part in this exciting new race on the North East calendar. Thank you to everyone for making this race a huge success. Results are now available.
Registration for tonights race opens at 17.30 and closes at 18.45 at Tye Tyne Bar, Maling Street, Race packs including race numbers are to be collected at registration. We hope you are looking forward to tonights race. see you there

Six Tyne Bridge Harriers lined up for the start of the Elswick Harriers Newburn River Run. The course is basically an out and back from Newburn Leisure Centre heading west up the cycle path, after crossing Wylam Bridge returning on the south bank of the Tyne on the tracks alongside Ryton golf course.
