At the weekend, I traveled down to Manchester to prepare to take part in the third of my ‘Great Runs’ in the series of 8 events, The 9th running of the BUPA Great Manchester Run.

This Saturday (7th May) is the second race in our parkrun GP series. David Appleby & Tony Carter are current joint leaders in the Age Graded competition, but it’s early days & there is still a long way to go.
There is no scheduled track session this Saturday due to the second race of our parkrun GP series taking place.
