Hi all,

The club has been looking at the way we are delivering our junior sessions on Wednesday evenings, as we need to keep tight control over the groups so that we keep within the government guidelines and can deliver sessions in a safe way.

From this week onwards, if you are planning on coming to a session with your child, you will need to register before attending the Wednesday session. A spreadsheet will be sent to parents/guardians at the start of the week and all you need to do is put your child’s name in either the over 12 or under 12 column, regardless of their usual training group. The club will then sort the groups out from there.

You will need to go back to the spreadsheet on Wednesday afternoon to check which group your child has been put in. When you turn up on Wednesday evening, head straight to your leader and stay there. Please don’t gather anywhere else, stand chatting to other groups etc. The full guidelines are below, and you must read them. If we can’t delver the sessions in this way, then I may end up having to cancel them altogether, so let’s try hard not to let that happen.

Monday and Saturday sessions will not require pre-registration unless stated otherwise.
